the problem

The problem of free plastics in our oceans is now at crisis level. Our seas have become a soup of plastic bags, rope, fishing debris, nurdles and balloons. For so long we have considered the sea so vast as to be a safe hiding place for all the crap we can't be bothered to deal with on land and now it has come back to bite us. Once pristine beaches are now strewn with our polluting filth. Their strand lines have become meandering ribbons of
